Research interest

I am interested in mechanisms shaping genetic diversity observed in natural populations. I am especially focused on reproduction mode and the process of reproductive isolation. I have worked on several species but always closely connected to plants. I acquired a background in plant-pathogen interactions and the estimation of recombination rate.

Keywords: reproductive isolation, population genomics, Arabidopsis, plant-parasite interaction
